  1. Try some hummus for the dip! It’s tasty and can be found fialry readily at most grocers in a tub already made. It’s made from garbanzos, tahini (sesame seed paste), and spices. It usually goes over well with the food allergy crowd.Another good dip is the Tofutti Better Than Cream Cheese with bottle of chipotle rasberry dressing poured onto it. This can be a little expensive and hard to come by that brand depending on where you’re located. You could try to do a south-west style chunky vegetable dip with kernel corn, diced tomatos, diced onions, jalapenos, etc.. Add some cumin, salt, and spicy cayenne with a drizzle of oil to help coat everything and stir up.Typically, I do not eat pizza pockets, but when I eat pizza, I put thin sliced potatoes, basil, mushrooms, black olives, and spinach on mine.Hope this helps!
